What is snail mail?

“Snail mail” is a fun way of saying traditional postal mail. Unlike tracked packages, it’s slower, has no tracking updates, and can take a few weeks to arrive… especially for international orders.


What happens if I choose untracked shipping?

Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery with no tracking updates. In rare cases, mail can be lost.

By choosing this option, you understand that untracked orders can’t be refunded or resent. If needed, I can send a replacement for an additional fee + tracked shipping.


Tracked shipping is always available at checkout for extra peace of mind!

 

Do I need tracked shipping?

No, but I highly recommend it for orders over $40. Gives you and me the peace of mind. Without tracked shipping, mail can get lost and or delayed. 

If you need your order by a specific date, please purchase tracked shipping!!!

 

What if I entered the wrong address?

Unfortunately, I can’t replace orders sent with incorrect addresses. Reach out, and I’ll provide next steps.


What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your address was correct and your order hasn’t shown up, I’ll troubleshoot the issue.

If you select Untracked Shipping and it does not arrive, you will be responsible for paying a resending fee and tracked shipping.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Contact me right away, and I’ll help make it right.


Do you offer refunds?

No, all sales are final.
